Join us for this free Get to Know Campus Running Tour! This 5km route is led by members of the university’s own Dalhousie Running Club. You’ll navigate through Studley campus, past Carlton campus, and around Sexton campus! In addition to this running tour, participants will receive a quick tour of the Sexton Campus fitness facility, enjoy a 20- minute, post-run, yoga session, led by a certified yoga instructor, and have an opportunity to stick around for an informal information session to ask questions about Dalhousie’s fitness facilities, programs, and offerings.
