The Society Hub is primarily a society space but also a means for students to plug into societies. The Society Hub is a collaborative space that contains meeting rooms, work stations and society storage.
Ratified societies can book the Society HUB Conference Room or Society HUB tables during regular business hours by completing this form (see below), dropping into Campus Copy between the hours of 9am and 5pm (10am to 4pm in the summer) and by visiting the Information Desk during the day or evening. Please ensure you book for space as early as possible, and at least 24 hours prior to your desired time.
Note: The maximum number of chairs at each table is 8 and in the boardroom is 14. The boardroom can be booked for a maximum of three hours at a time.
