*Grant applications are no longer being considered for the Winter 2017 term. Please apply after May 1 to be considered for Summer 2017 grants.  

A member grant is for any union member, or group of members, who wish to apply for assistance with the cost of traveling to a conference, competition or special event.

Please allow several weeks for your application to be reviewed. If you are unable to apply for a grant before your event, retroactive grants may be made to individual member applicants who apply for a grant during the same semester as the conference, competition or event attended up to 30 days after the final day of travel or the final date of the event, whichever is later.

All applications are subject to Grants Policy and review of the policy is recommended prior to submission.

Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png tif txt rtf html pdf doc docx odt ppt pptx odp xlsx ods xml zip.
Please note that the Grants Committee will only approve a maximum $100 per person and only up to $1000 per event, regardless of the number of people going.
You could have all applicants sign a letter of consent and scan and upload it, or upload email confirmations from all applicants indicating their consent.
