The goals of the Unlearn Campaign were two-fold: we wanted to build working relationships between student societies and the Equity & Accessibility Office, and we wanted to learn of the issues that these societies feel should be addressed.

After some outreach nine societies expressed interest. These societies decided on an issue (or issues) and wrote the text to be printed on the campaign posters.  A description and contact information of each society was printed on the poster as a way to promote Dalhousie's various student societies.  The posters are accompanied by buttons (available in our office) and Facebook banner images were designed and uploaded to a public photo album on the DSU Equity & Accessibility Office Facebook group.

The Unlearn Campaign is currently under review, and during the 2015-2016 academic year the DSU Equity & Accessibility Office will be rolling out an updated campaign that confronts systemic issues on the Dalhousie campus.

To pick up a button or two (or three, or four) come by the Equity & Accessibility Office (Room 307, SUB).
